Service Description
Take a trial class with one of our superstar instructors. An introduction to Scratch programming for children ages 8+! Request a trial session at a time convenient to your child's timetable. Learn about the Scratch interface, how to program, make computer games and create animations. *Complete a typical project to get a hands-on feel for our approach. *Have fun learning new skills in an interactive and engaging environment. * Develop logic, problem solving skills and super charge your child's creativity. * No prior experience required; we will help you learn! Must have access to a device with Scratch 3.0 and stable internet connection. Trial class - 50 -60 minutes duration.






Cancellation Policy
Children are expected to behave in a responsible and courteous manner, to attend lessons on-time, regularly and to complete pre-work or homework between lessons. Before each session commences, we remind the children of the rules of the session which include, but are not limited to: ✅ Treat others and the devices with respect ✅ No food or drink allowed near devices ✅ Listening ears when your instructor or classmates are speaking. Poor attendance, disruptive or anti-social behaviour and/or any damage to First Class Coders equipment by either the pupil, their parent/carer or organisation, may result in services being withdrawn and full reimbursement required for repair/replacement of the equipment. First Class Coders Ltd equipment or property means any equipment under the ownership, possession or control of First Class Coders Ltd or that is made available to you, a child or to which an organisation has access, in connection with our Activities. *Disciplinary Procedure - Warning System* The safety of all children and adults is paramount. If a child breaks the class rules or any health and safety instruction, the below warning system will be implemented. Verbal warning: We will verbally warn the child and call or email the child's adult and/or the school. Yellow warning: We will call or email the child's adult and/or the school to notify of the child's current status. Red Card: We will ask the child to leave the club without refund. Any paid or outstanding fees would be retained or remain payable. No credits will be given in such circumstances. *SEND* During group classes, we are unable to provide one -to- one support for any child. If your child receives additional care during the school day or is currently being assessed by the school SEND team. Please contact First Class Coders directly before booking, to see if the course is appropriate for your child. Our One -to One, individualised classes maybe a more suitable learning environment.
